Our Purpose for existence - why we do what we do - is based on several beliefs:
- We believe that each of our teachers will impact the lives of their students, thereby changing the world in a profound way.
- We believe in teachers who know how to build a profitable business, but know that encouraging students to lead meaningful lives is much more important.
- We believe in learning by doing. Teachers using the case method are the best way to develop the skills, judgment and character of students.
- We believe that clear contracts, a competitive grading system and pay for performance encourage the perspective, discipline and accountability required to become an effective case teacher.
- We believe in economic, political and religious liberty. We are dedicated to finding and preparing teachers who will encourage in their students a strong sense of individual responsibility and a willingness to invest in a healthy civil society.
